Well as much as I love White Sands they don't have room safes.. Their safes are in the office.. But they do have a great beach area.. And 2 for 1 drink specials each day. All are great choices really. There isn't one hotel that you listed that I would say not a chance to.. I prefer the area of beach around White Sands and Rondel Village. All of the places you chose have security, AC and pools.NBCC has kitchenettes, as does some of the rooms at White Sands.. Rondel's villas have kitchens. Treehouse doesn't have kitchenettes but you can get breakfast included with your room cost typically. If you book thru Treehouse itself or Gail..
Also check out the budget accommodation section at
Like I said it's really up to you and what you want. They are all nice places. Rondel and White Sands being my favorite, doesn't mean they will be yours.
If it is your first time in Negril go to Rondel Village. Don't rule out Coco La Palm, they have some great hot deals on their site. They have AC, Security, in room safes at no charge, pools, and great beach area.
Good Luck
Any of those are fine. Negril Beach Club Condo is probably the best bang for your buck.
Take me back to Jamaica.
I stayed at Negril Beach Club Condos this past August. I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms are big, and amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, cable TV, and a huge balcony. The location is great as it sits right on the beach. There is a swimming pool that was kept clean. I will definitely stay here again as it was a great bargain for $65 a night and fantastic location! Book directly through the condos because I talked to people who paid way more than I did because they booked through a travel website. I called them directly and got a rate of $65 a night, but that is during their off season. During Dec-Jan the rates go up to $99, but it still worth it!
As far as budget accommodations, you can stay at Roots Bamboo. I stayed there a few times and it is really just a step up from camping, but again your right on the beach. There was no air in the cabin I stayed in, but man was it affordable. A few years ago I payed about $35 a night! It is clean and safe, but again, just a step up from camping.
