Can anyone recommend an inexpensive hotel in Paris?

Need a relatively cheap hotel that's close or by the Eiffel Tower for New Years Eve? We are going on the boat cruise on the Seine River and then walk over to the Eiffel Tower so we will need a hotel within walking distance.
