How many people are able to stay over at a large hotel room or penthouse?

I want to stay a night in a large hotel room or penthouse and i wanted my friends to come out with me then stay the night at the room with me, would they be able to do that?

Depends upon the hotel. Some charge for additional people. Some don't. You have to ask the hotel's policy.
