Can someone please suggest an affordable hotel located not too far from Singapore Airport?

I have an awkward flight connection at Singapore Airport on my home from Macau to Perth.

Can someone suggest a good (and not too expensive) hotel I can stay in reasonably close to the airport?

Would appreciate some guidance please.

There is a new hotel at Changi Airport Terminal 3.

It is recently built, and quite cheap i heard, as it is aimed at transit travellers.

It's called Crowne Plaza hotel. To me, it's certainly worth checking out!
