How to get a job in hospitality, Hotel industry in countries like NZ, Canada?

I’m Sri Lankan, 22, have experience in hotel industry I want to apply directly not through agent, Is there any web for direct employing? What are the easiest countries to get a job in this field for sri lanka?

Try to apply directly either through snail mail or online application form. Beside working experiences, education backgrounds shall be included. Try to look for countries which tourism are their main income such Dubai, Maldives, Mauritius and for notable hospitality, culinary & tourism, try to look for France, Switzerland, and Italy.
