What is the name of the hotel in Wizards of Waverly place?

I listened really closely on YouTube and I think it is hotel fleur du blah du blah du blah fu fla. Anyone got any confirmation or the real answer?

Hotel "Fleur-De-Vla De-Vra Flu-Fla De-Vra" is the hotel where Gigi had her "loser tea" in the episode, Alex's Choice. The name is presumed to be French.
