How do you resign from a hotel?

I paid in full for 5 nights at a hotel. The hotel is radisson downtown market square. However I am not happy with the hotel. The bathtub had hair in it and the sheets were dirty. Everything was later changed but I do not like the hotel in general. Can I get my money back for 4 nights and look for another hotel?

Your going to have to pay a cancellation fee.

If you paid directly in full to the hotel, then usually the hotel will kindly refund the difference of your stay. Definitely talk to the manager, this is the person who needs to know about your experience. You might be offered an upgraded room, or certificates for service in attempt to retain your business in this hotel. If you still are not satisfied, ask the staff to help you find another hotel. They would rather you didn't stay if you're going to be miserable there.

Whatever you choose, please be kind with the staff and explain your

experiences and dissatisfaction to them. They will be more likely to help you if you're polite and calm than if you're rude and irate.

Be advised- if your payment in full was to a travel agency, or online booking site like orbitz, travelocity, expedia, etc, you will be subject to the cancellation policies of the outside service you've used. Ask the hotel manager to work with this outside service to refund you.

Good Day...

PLEASE talk to the GM ASAP....they will move heaven and earth to make your visit special....If not contact the CHAMBER OF COMMERCE..or the SAN ANTONIO VISITORS BUREAU...But I understand how you feel...you were completely turned off by the room and screw it now...believe me they have a sister hotel they work with and something can be done to SAVE the rest of your trip..if you put it on card call the card company and cancel it...WISHING you a wonderful experience in our city...WELCOME>>>

cancel fee

Yes, although I'm sure you'll have to pay a cancellation fee.
