Any Apartment hotel in Amsterdam, NL? Or a hotel with some basic cooking facilities in the room?

My husband and I are going to Amsterdam for business. We are staying over for a month in January. Since it's going to be a long stay it would be great to find a hotel with spacious rooms and basic cooking facilities. As central as possible, the cost is not a big issue... Any suggestions please?

All these hotels have fully equipped kitchen and in the center.

You can look at a site called hostelworld.com which normally deals with hostels and comes widely recommended by many people.
