Is there a good inn or hotel for overnight stay in Sampaloc, near Farinas or Maria de Leon bus terminals?

I am coming home with 3 other adults from London and would like to rest before travelling to Laoag. We need a comfy, economical and safe inn/hotel/transient house where we can stay overnight. Thank you.
