Is it true that the Hilton hotel is going to be sold to another hotel company?

I've heard from a few websites like msn that the Hilton Hotels are going to be sold to another hotel chain for a large amount of money.... is this true or is it just a rumor?

Yes, Blackstone private equity fund is going to buy them. Blackstone owns lots of companies, including several other hotel chains.
