How do I get a Zenith Concierge TV from a hotel to work?

My neighbor gave me a TV that he got when a hotel went out of business. Its a hotel model Zenith Concierge. When you plug it in and power it up it gets sound but has just a horizontal line across the screen. I did some research and someone told me that there is a chip in it that puts that line there unless it is connected to that hotel's system. They said there is a way to bypass it, but I dont have a clue where to find this chip or how to bypass it.

The trippler has blown, this is the high tension transformer that supplies the tube with extra high voltage. do not attempt to repair this yourself, but any local tv repair centre should be able to help. Price roughly about £80.00 plus fitting.
