Generally in a hotel once you have the room booked & paid for, do they allow visitors?

I booked a king superior room at the Ravel Hotel in NY. Do hotels normally allow visitors? I would of course have to call and ask tomorrow. If anyone can help out right now though, that would be great. Thanks!

Yes. Fees may be charged if the person stays overnight.

Yes they do but generally only until a certain time of night, generally 11PM though some hotels may have other times. They do not really care as long as you do not disturb the other guests.
