What do i need to get a room at the Hilton Hotel?

MY girlfriend and i have been together for almost 3 years and I want to do something special. I want to ask her the BIG question :D and i wanted to do it at the Hilton hotel...But also show her a good time before i ask her what i like to know is what well i need to get a room there?
